HSCSD Parental Rights Permissions Greetings Parents and Guardians,As you may know, the Wyoming legislature recently passed the Parental Rights Bill (Senate File 9, now Enrolled Act 8), requiring districts to adopt related policies. You are receiving this communication as a response to this bill. Parents must complete these new additions to registration requirements before their child begins classes. While this will be a requirement for parents in the future, we hope to make it part of the initial registration process and not a separate item. If you have any questions regarding this requirement please feel free to contact your child's principal. Again, this form must be completed before the student receives instruction this school year and in subsequent years. Thank you for your attention to this new legislative requirement, and have a great school year! Go Bobcats!
